We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colours in the images, mounts and frames. However, due to variances between monitors, colours cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Terms

Prices payable are set out in our website. Prices are quoted in Euros. Taxes are included in the quoted price, except for any local taxes or customs duties that may apply in the customers own country.
Delivery, handling and packaging charges are indicated separately on the Delivery Information page.
We reserve the right to change/update our prices at any time - be assured though that the price that was displayed
when you ordered the goods will be the price that you pay.

Payment is made through Paypal. Currency rates may vary.

Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted by email (Contact Us page on website) and received by us before the order is processed.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product please note that we can only refund or exchange it if we receive it back within 7 days of receipt by you.
The product /item must be returned at your own cost in its original packaging in a saleable (original) condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorized unless these conditions are met .
When returning a product we strongly recommend that you do so using a traceable service ( eg registered post ) as we are not responsible for any consequential loss or expense, however caused in transit.
If we receive the returned goods in a re-saleable condition , we will refund the price of the item on to your credit card within 30 days.

We take great care in packaging our products for delivery to ensure that your product(s) reach you in the perfect condition they left us. In the event that the product is damaged in transit, we shall be responsible for the replacement costs of the item only. We shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property however caused.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the product caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

Where a product has not been delivered you must notify us within 30 days of the shipping date. We cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate a product or charge any duty.
We cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, telephone number and zip code where appropriate.

Privacy

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Under no circumstances will we share you personal information with a third party. We will use your personal information only for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order.
We may also send you promotional emails about new products, special offers or other info which we think you may find interesting. We will offer you an opt out clause/option should you wish to decline this service.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, CelticArtIreland takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable as a result of regular maintenance or due to technical issues beyond our control.
